If you own any of these or have shot them, what are your thoughts on these compact pistols. If you had to choose between the 3, what would be your choice and why?

Disclosure - I purchased a PCR over the weekend and I already have several edc pistols.

P-01 and PCR are about the same pistol, as you know. No experience with the PX4, but never hear anything but awesome things. Never see them in used displays or for trade so owners must be happy, consistent with all the good stuff we hear. P-07 is a nice gun, too. Of the CZs, I'd take the P-01. Regret ditching mine. We've all (many of us) have gotten rid of some stuff we regret. However, I'm fine without it. Haven't gone and gotten another one 😅

I love both the PX-4 and the P-01. Many love the P-07, I’m sure for many of the same reasons.

I’ve had P01 omega with full Cajun package and LTT PX4s.

I no longer have the P01 and have 2 PX4s.

PX4 is softer shooting and I believe lighter.

I like the way the PX4 points compared to the CZ, seems more 1911ish.

Finally, the CZ had little room on the slide for performing manipulations because of the slide/rail design.

CZ had a great trigger with Cajun and was phenomenally accurate, but it just never felt natural to me when picking up, similar to a Glock.

I can shoot them well, but it’s more effort to shoot well and makes the transition to other platforms harder.

Of all the pistols mentioned the PX has the best OEM trigger and is the easiest and most cost effective to upgrade.

Right. The Competition Trigger Group is super easy to install too. Then you're basically done if you do or do not choose the smaller wings.

I will say, I did not care for the PX4 grip. It's pretty "t" like in the hand.

I don't love the HKs, but there isn't anything really wrong with them either if you are looking at these other 3.

I think the PX4 will never be updated. Good or bad. It's certainly in product life cycle life support with zero updates this long.

Good luck

Being that you have a pcr a p07 would compliment it well. It’s very soft shooting pistol. That being said the p01 is by far my favorite of the 3

I own all 3,
What exactly do you want to know?
As a side note, I would choose the P01 over the P07.
In addition the Beretta is the softer shooter.
You answered one of the question about the PX4. Why would you choose the P-01 over the P-07?

FYI - I am leaning towards the PX4, but the P-01 is appealing because it is similar to the PCR and share magazines.

The P-07 is the long shot in this race because the PX4 seems to be the better pistol, based on the reviews. However, it is a CZ, and I wanted to know more about this pistol.

Have you compared the P-07 vs the PX4?

Not side by side BUT I do remember the full size PX4 was a soft shooter as well. The subcompact is not a rotating barrel I believe. I’d say the p07 is probably easier to maintain instead of having to keep the rotating barrel greased up or whatever. I don’t like how straight up and down the px4s grip is. In contrast, CZs feel like they are molded to my hand

I’ve had a few p07s and regretted selling them when I did. Throw and mcarbo spring kit of it and it’s a fantastic trigger that shoots way bigger then it is.

All are good choices. But here is my ranking:

p01: bad ass looking. It fits my hand like a glove. Shares magazines with the 75 compact (my current favorite). The purchase I’ll never regret. I’m still in my honeymoon phase with this one for sure. With some Dawson sights, it’s perfect.

p07: I saw one at the LGS. I wanted to get more steel or alloy framed models first. Now that I started my steel allow fix, this may be next. I just didn’t want ALL poly framed toys.

cx4: is on the list to eventually get but not top. But if I get one, I’ll have to get the pcc too 😂. But if I get a beretta, I’ll start with the 92fs first.
