Inspired by premiertactical’s thread on the series of changes in the Glock tupperware case, I thought I would start a thread to document the box + label of each G17 Gen1 serial number prefix with the objective of identifying the transition point in each series box.

Glock Tupperware, box, case series as manufactured by Glock 1-12 for standard and 1-5 for long slides-NEW for 2022

I have included all of the US imported and non-imported 17.1 serial number prefix that I am aware of, and have found examples of about 60%. There is still a lot of research to do and would appreciate the help of anyone who has additional info.

A special thanks to everyone on the forum (and GunBroker) who has posted pictures of their incredible G17.1s (many of you will see them below).

Thanks Premier. You guys have done some impressive research and the work to uncover the early Glock history has me hooked. Ive been swinging at this one for a while and feel like Ive hit the end of the internet. Need some help from guys like you who have the history in their possession. 😁

If anyone has pictures of the gaps, they can post them on the thread or send me a PM and I'll update the previous posts. I left room if I missed a SN prefix, or if we need multiple images for split SN's like AA.

This could readily be fleshed out if members here contribute.

If you are concerned about letting others know what you have just send him the images via Private Message.
