Has anybody thought of a 43 slide customized to fit onto a 26 frame? 26S if you will.

Kind of what was done in the case of the 30S. A marriage of the 36 and 30SF.

How many of you were born knowing you can put a G36 slide on a G30? It isn't a dumb question if you know nothing about the G43. You can learn by asking questions.

Given enough money about anything I possible. To put a 43 slide on a 26 would take great amounts of money, lots of custom work, & some pretty fancy machining & probably precision welding.

So, COULD IT BE DONE?-- sure

Would it be worth spending the money to do it-- not unless money is no object & you want a one of a kind oddball Glock.

Maybe the OP doesn't know about the web site. And just what on the web sight tells you it can't be done? Slide thickness? Think about it.

Agree, you can. But you can also not be a lazy ass and doing some simple research. Then...sure ask some questions, that's what this forum should be all about.
