I like TargetSports fine. At 1000rds they usually throw in free shipping.

I have good luck also with sgammo and Palmetto State Armory.

You can also check ammo seek and gun deals.

but be careful with shipping costs and some remanufactured ammo. I had bought from Fedarm and they were the worst I had ever seen. Ammovalley makes fantastic reman ammo and was like new. The problem is that they are frequently out of stock.

but these days, in general, it seems sgammo has some of the best deals and they are a good supplier to work with.

I have used sgammo, Target Sports, Natchez Shooters, MidwayUSA, GunBroker, and even Cabelas over the years. I shop sales and use free shipping, rebates and other offers to get the best deal on ammo or reloading components that I need.

Right now Browning has a 20% rebate on bulk ammo. I just bought a bunch of their 9mm locally and it cost me $.16 a round plus tax after the rebate. Their bulk ammo shoots nice groups out of my G19.5 and it makes good practice ammo.

Target Sports recently started adding tax for my state. PSA as well.
SG did too for AZ. I think they all did. The criminal politicians could not stand missing out on sales tax revenues. They all use the same bull-shi* argument that not collecting out of state sales tax damages "local business". Really? I'll go see if I can pick-up a case (1k) of Federal 9mm 124 NATO ammo locally. Not a chance. Just another method for the crooks to steal our money.

Run the numbers for the best deal, I got 1K blazer 115gr fmj from PSA.

Free shipping is a must IMHO and now with tax added if I’m under 20 cents a round (US made Brass) it’s a good deal.

All of the "deals" are within about a penny per round at best. I've used several, last time I used TargetSports and got free shipping and no tax. But several other places were the same price or within a penny per round and also free shipping for 1000 rounds or more. They did charge some kind of mickey mouse "insurance" deal that cost a couple of bucks or so if I remember correctly.

check to see if you have a distributer close to you and get on their email notification.

I'm local to Aim Surplus and get "in show room only deals" emails weekly, items on sale not listed on their regular web pages.

you can buy it on line marking it as pay at the store and they will hold it for 2 weeks, then just swing by and pick it up, you will pay tax but you won't pay shipping.

This^^^ and also check with your local stores. We have Dunham Sports near me and they match SG Ammo's price on Winchester white box 115gr 9mm at least once a month. Saves me on shipping.
