OP,
I've heard of others who are just too far away from a Blue Label dealer.
While I live near to two Blue Label dealers, I even drove ~90 miles round trip today just to go to a 3rd to buy a used-revolver.
This 3rd Blue Label dealer doesn't keep any stock on Blue Label inventory (too expensive to invest in Blue Label inventory for them, apparently) but will order anything. I don't know if they'd require a qualified person to be present or if they'd accept a deposit with copies of required documents to be faxed/emailed/texted or not. Perhaps each Glock Blue Label ffl might be different as to how business is done especially if the desired Glock model may not be in-stock anyway.
The problem, I suppose, is compounded if a person lives in a state with a mandatory waiting period before receiving a firearm (I don't anymore thank goodness).
Got to go right now. Bye.
