What is the best tool to remove and install Glock front sights? Looking at the hex on the end of the screw there doesn't seem to be very much room between the hex and the adjacent slide surface to get a socket on the end.

I was thinking about getting the WIHA 3/16" socket driver. Is there anything wrong with it?

I use the following: Wiha 26547 Precision Nut Driver, Inch, 3/16 x 60mm. Got mine from Amazon.

Pros: it works, fairly inexpensive. I've used it on all my Glocks.

Cons: Deep socket; non-magnetic.

I add a little blue loctite to the screw, let it dry. Finger start the screw into the front sight and finish up with the Wiha tool.

Rub a magnet against the shaft. It should become magnetic.
