This will be my last purchase of a Taurus product. I bought a M-65 .357 and was all excited about getting a 3" .357 again. Well one of the chamber's wouldn't extract and I'd have to force the casing out with a rod. There was a burr inside one of them, that, and the gun shot awfully low and grouped poorly even at 20' to 30'. So I returned the gun and after about a month I e-mailed Taurus about it. I got a generic "it takes about a month to resolve issue" return E-mail. So I wait, and wait, and after about 3 more weeks I E-mail again 3 separate times and didn't get an answer. Finally I got an E-mail that basically said "did you send this gun in and is it here"?
Finally! I got an E-mail saying the gun is a bad apple, is going to be destroyed, and were offering a replacement or refund. I would have taken the refund but I have already bought accessory's for the gun and didn't want to lose out on it. So now I have to pay an additional FFL transfer fee. They not only hadn't known the gun was bad but they didn't even know if they had it. This was a pretty bad experience and one that wont be repeated.
