I realize that as someone who owns a cow print Glock, I should probably not comment on aesthetics. Ever. But, I'm going to anyway.

In the original post, when I saw "two tone" I pictured a high contrast, silver slide, black frame sort of two tone, of which I'm not a fan at all. However, the low contrast two tone on that pistol looks very good.
I hear you. My other AZ has a more pronounced two-tone contrast.

Well that’s an interesting first post.

My preference is for the Drake. The Zeka is just as accurate for practical purposes and much flatter shooting with its large comp.

The Drake is probably slightly more accurate using a ransom rest at distance, due to its spherical barrel bushing, but I doubt any of us could tell offhand.

It’s just hard to beat Swiss quality and the Drake has that in spades. The AZ is a very high quality pistol as well. Phoenix is next level.

Welcome to GT
Thank you Brian!!! I had to become a forum member to get to you, since there is not much information online on the Zeka.

Ill handle the drake and zeka tomorrow to make a final decision, was leaning more towards the zeka for its uniqueness, the drake looks too good to pass up too.

Trying to have a bit of everything in the collection.

Ok, I have to throw this in right now, I just found out the show will also have an M Arms Aion, so would this be the your top choice between the drake, Zeka Special and the Aion?

Brian has a knack for finding exotic, expensive, and just flat awesome handguns? I always look forward to his posts, and photos. 😎😎

I have an Aion on order as soon as they get into the country. I have the Kratos, which I love immensely.

I’d probably go Aion over the Drake, actually. M-Arms pistols are incredible

I love how bac1023 is here in plastic Glockland dropping breadcrumbs to financial ruin tempting people across the globe.

Maybe we can cajole him into doing a YouTube video which is just edits of picking up one pistol after another, racking it and few times, holding and turning it for the camera, shooting some bursts, reloading. Just one sexy pistol after another in random order.

I’m glad you like the pistols.

YouTube is no anti-gun these days though. Seems to be getting worse each year.

Looks like a great shooter. I like everything but the well print/writing all over like the "supr optic special" could either be cleaned up(left off) or just not offsetting like it is same with the logo and other stuff.. I like subtle and not "splash graphics". In your 3 gun picture just look how nice and clean(classy) the BRNO and Alien look. Those are great looking they dont look like a splash graphics billboard gun.

but I love the look and bet its a great shooter.

I like classy too, but I don’t mind splash graphics on a race gun at all. Almost like decals on a race car

No problem

Let us know what you choose
Ok so I got to handle the Aion , the Zeka Special and the Phoenix Drake(it was in double action) as well as a KMR Orca.

I live in Saudi Arabia and the prices here are double what you would pay. So you get an idea the Aion costs 14,000 USD The gun is indeed beautiful very very heavy which I dont mind , but honestly would go for an Infinity ported island barrel at that price (which our gun dealer should be gettingin a few days.)

The Phoenix to me was the best when it came to quality, unbelievable and would have to say it even tops the Aion and Kratos. But I wanted a single action so Phoenix was out.

The Zeka Special was amazing, but isn't a steel frame so I also didn't go for it. I just love a heavy steel gun.

The KMR on the other hand is absolutely fantastic maybe just a little tiny bit less than a Phoenix in quality but not far off and costs half the price so I went for it.

You have to check out the KMR line, I got a KMR Vapor which is a new release, and considering an Orca model. They cost around 5,000 USD .

Yeah the KMR guns aren’t here yet either. I believe next year for those. I have an eye on one after looking through their website a few months back. In fact, KMR does the hand fitting on CZ’s Orange pistols.

I’d put Phoenix on a level playing field with M-Arms in terms of quality. I just slightly prefer the more 1911 and 2011-like design of the Kratos and Aion. It’s close. Phoenix helped M-Arms with the idea production of the Kratos.

The Drake Standard are the models I have. All the bells and whistles. They are 52oz empty, so not much lighter than the Aion.
