Bit of an old thread but wanted to say thank you, I didn't realize the G32 barrel would fit in the G23. Thanks.

Amazing how many people still don't know how easily the .40 357 Sig barrel swap is or that it can be done at all.

I have put a couple of hundred rounds or 357 Sig through the G23 & G27 both Gen 4 and haven't had any issues.

I have heard this from several people, have never heard about a problem with the Gen 4 ejector.

Myself I am strictly a Gen3 guy so this is a non issue for me.

As a clarification, I knew that the .40/.357 swap could be done. I wasn't sure that factory barrels could do it. What I mean is the muzzle opening in the front of the slide, I wasn't sure if that opening was the same in both models or not for a simple swap. Kinda like the 9mm won't accept a .40 barrel but the .40 will accept a properly sized conversion 9mm barrel.

The difference in barrel diameters is made up with the 357 Sig having thicker barrel walls. This is the case for both Glock and aftermarket barrels.
