Yes I know this subject has been hashed over many times but there still seems to be a lot of conflicting info on the subject. Do all 3 pistols use the same frame? The 30s was the 30sf frame with 36 slide. The 30sf had a slightly smaller grip size, front to rear, then the 30 to help folks with smaller hands, like me, but that was before the gen4 came out. I read somewhere that the 30 Gen4 had the sf frame. If that's correct then that would make the 30 Gen4 exactly the same pistol as the 30sf. If that's true than why does Glock still sell both? I had a 30 Gen4 for a while but I have small hands and I could barely get my index finger on the trigger. Loved the way it shot but it was just uncomfortable to shoot. I've been thinking of trying a 30s or 30sf IF the grip is any smaller front to rear then the 30 gen4. I would love to get my hands on one but I live in a very small town and the nearest gun store to me is several hours round trip. Thanks for rehashing this.
