I'm the proud owner of a Remington 1903-A3 National Match rifle. I am planning to convert it to a "semi A4" model. I have already purchased the full walnut "C" stock with fore ends. As stated it is the National Match barrel with 4 lands and the proper armorers markings. I would prefer if at all possible not having to "re-shape" the bolt handle. My question is the proper scope, rings, mount to bring this weapon up to modern standards for long range shooting; hence the semi A4 designation.
I have been looking at the Bushnell 3200 series scopes with knobs for adjustment of windage and elevation. I would love to have a much more expensive scope but can't justify the cost vs. the usage.
So all that said I would appreciate your professional expertise.
