If you don't own any and are curious about the brand.

SW9 for $240 new:

CW9 for $280 new:

Prices like that could put pressure on Florida gun makers: SCCY, Diamondback, keltec. Even give hipoint a run for the money.

I bet the resale value holds up better with the Kahr compared to those other brands?

And the double stack Kahr likely to be shown at SHOT Show in January?

Had a CM9 since it was released and it's been solid.
They have a good amount of pistols in the $300 range. I think it's the huge amount in the $600 and $700 range that holds the brand back. When I can get Glocks, M&P, and XD all day from anywhere; it makes those pricey Kahrs a hard sell.

CZ P-09 or P-10 for ~$350 all day; wake up Kahr!

My CM 9 has been flawless since I bought it. I cleaned it and shot the recommended amount of break in rounds. Then shot it a lot more. I really liked it. It was the first subcompact 9 I ever bought. Having arthritis in my hands now made it almost impossible to rack the slide. Gave it to my oldest son along with two Glocks, a 19 and a 21. Worked out great for me. Now I just buy more revolvers.

I think the Kahr CW 9 that I EDC with an extended mag (8+1) is the best bang for your buck on the market.
5 friends have bought one on my recommendation, and all love theirs.
I use a piece of bicycle inner tube pulled over the grip.

I had a K40 and I agree with Jeff Cooper when he described it as "the excellent Kahr".
It was all stainless, and I found no fault in it. The only reason I let it go was I decided to just go all 9MM and quit .40 S&W. I have no experience with their polymer guns, so I don't have an opinion. But I would not hesitate to buy one.
BTW. You guys know that the owner of Kahr is the son of Sun Myung Moon, Unification Church founder? No problem here, they are great supporters of gun rights.

CW9 was my very first handgun. I should've kept it, however, being newb to guns then, the trigger probably held me back. $280 isn't bad, but I'd still have to purchase additional 7 rounders.

It was pretty reliable, only nosediving sometimes upon racking the gun to load one into the chamber. I had received training before ever getting my first handgun, so I did know how to rack a handgun properly. The trigger, on the other hand, was something that DA specific training would've helped me with.

I had a CM9, it worked 100percent from new. Kept a couple years, sold it for more than I paid for it. It was just too hard to work the slide for me. I loved the size and shooting was good. I wish I would’ve kept it.
Bought a new CW45 because of its size and the CM9 worked, but the 45 had some issues so I traded up for a Glock 36.
I might buy another CM9 or PM9 upgrade…

Kahr marks up a sub-$100 pistol to ~$280
Glock marks up a sub-$100 pistol to ~$500

And you seriously believe Glock is somehow X times better simply because of the markup? 🤣
I know your not replying to me but based on MY experience with Kahr(s), I would much rather have to rely on a Glock vs a Kahr to save my hide!

I owned 3 P9s and my wife owned a K9, T9, and P9. We liked the guns, but found them to be more ammo "finicky" than we preferred. This was during the period where we had both been shooting/carrying SIG DA/SA pistols. The Kahrs were sold off. My wife transitioned to the Glock 26 and I kept shooting my P239, but later transitioned to the Glock 19. Almost 20 years ago now.
