Seems a bit steep. One mag. But prices nowadays...?
I do have a 2022 in 40 S&W. The only DA/SA I own. Excellent.
Good luck in your decision.

Excellent condition, one mag, factory case. I have a soft spot for these SIGs.
I bought a 2032 red box for $289 in 2016? CDNN had them with magazines for $13. I had to send mine back to Sig for an issue but they shipped it back quick and put a short trigger on it too.

The 2022 have sold for $500 recently around here so that is an average price.

Not many people know this , but France equipped its entire police force nationally with those DA/SA Sigs SP2022 in 9mm . They made a huge contract with Sig Sauer years ago .
I happens to have one in 9mm with night sights and an extra oversize grip . I bought it some years ago and for some reason I just can`t shoot accurately with the damn thing .
The pistol is nice and shoots smoothly without a single problem and recoil is minimum , but I just can`t get any accuracy worth a damn with it so it stays in my safe . I don`t dislike the pistol , I have 3 mags with the 2+ extension installed on all the mags , so the capacity is 17 +1 rds. . It also has a great decocker but no manual safety .
I would not sell my Sig with 3 mags for $475.00 for sure .

You want to pay $475 for a gun that sells brand new for $499 at the overpriced dealer's like Cabela's?

No, I wouldn't do that even if I really wanted one.

$475 no.

They are great guns but I wouldn’t pay that for one.

I bought a SP2009 for $300 a while back.

If it came with six mags maybe, because Sig mags are expensive. But one mag, plus another $150 to get three mags nah. I’d pass.

Then again I just checked GB and holy cow they are going for more than that.

Excellent and extremely robust pistol with reputation for excellent trigger out of the box for SA and DA (for combat type pistol) but very little third party support and SP2022 came in slightly different versions (internal and external extractor as example) and who knows how parts availablity will be down the road. Some don't like the long slide release as their thumb touches it during live fire and slide then doesn't lock back with empty magazine. A German made one with Ilaflon slide and 2 magazines might be worth $475 to the right buyer but the rest probably in $300 - $350 range. One can look on Gunbroker to see what they have been actually sellling for. Prices for poly frame pistols new/used in general have been dropping in recent times too.

Face to face, no additional tax or transfer fee. Yeah that makes a difference. Makes the real cost of the pistol about 400.00

Great pistol. I had one and I still have a 2340. But I only paid $250 for the 2340 with 4 mags. $350 for the 2022 with 3 mags and traded it for a S&W model 36 snubnose.

It actually got the name sp2022 because it was adopted originally by their nuke cops and designed to go 10 years from the original adoption year of 2012 hence sp2022.

they are very good handguns but for that price I would pass. However if you are asking about the firearm itself I can’t say enough good things about it especially at the original price point.
