I do armed security work also. I was looking at this one below. Thoughts?

That's a duty style holster but does not offer anything beyond Level 1 retention unless you order the hood.

Also, the SERPA is trash. Do not buy one. It's flawed in design and the $40 option is made of cheap plastic that will break.

The G48 is not a duty gun so options are limited.

look at the gould goodrich holster for the ruger SR9 , it fits the glock 48
 
I never found one so I went ahead and purchased a G17.

The G43x and The G48 according to GLOCK are in fact, DESIGNED TO BE DUTY weapons.
