I put a JMT Saber trigger into my AR and ran 180 rounds of Silver Bear. Four or five of the rounds failed to fire, with indentation on the primer indicating light strikes. I emailed JMT about this last week via the website, but I haven't gotten a response.

1. Is this normal for JMT triggers? Reading reviews now on several sights, it does seem like multiple folks have had light strike issues with these triggers on hard primers.

2. Is it normal for JMT to not respond the users of its products who have problems?

As others have already pointed out, this is the wrong forum.

Secondly, Bill Geissele uses full strength hammer springs in his triggers for a reason. Buy once cry once. Russian ammo is known for hard primers so is M193, M885, etc. Good luck.....

Only lite AR trigger I trust is Hyperfire 24 series . Full power + hammer strike with trigger pull weights in the 2lb to upper 3lb range depending on spring choice used .

Even if they were using full power hammer springs the design of the hammer itself does not have much meat to it on the striking end. Likely it is designed for brass cased boxer primed ammunition.
