I looked at a lot of furniture when I was dressing up my Colt. The Magpul UBR ticked all the right boxes for me. Incredibly solid (just as solid as the fixed stock). Easy to adjust, built-in storage. A bit heavy, but my Colt has a 20" barrel and it was too muzzle heavy with lighter weight stocks. Plenty of range of adjustment and an excellent cheek-weld (better than the fixed stock that came with the rifle).

Mine is a Gen 1, I am not really sure what changed with the Gen 2.
