Look what I did at work today. I dropped a refrigerator in it and yes, it hurts, but thankfully nothing is broken.

If you have not gone to a doctor yet I would recommend it.

    I think it did. :tongueout:

OP -- where do you work?

Probably already did via Workman's Comp; probably had to. And...since he knows nothing's broken...well, I'd say that kinda sums it up. :)

You say that. But some folks just don't like to complain and take the time to go in and just tough it out.

I've personally walked off too many injuries to count (fractured ribs, sever sprains, puncture wounds, TBI). Would have been so much easier had I just taken the time and gone in and got checked out.

I went to Urgent Care, nothing is broken but I do have a coupel fo bone chips. It hurts like hell, and the orthopedic surgeon says I will be out at least 2 weeks.

I too have had my share of injuries that I just dealt with. But when you can't walk, it is kind of hard to , well, walk.

What the hell are you going to do for two weeks if you can't walk? I would go insane.

I work as a maintenence technician at an agency for people with disabilities. I and a coworker were moving a commercial refrigerator to storage. We didn't quite make it.

Ironic huh? Getting disabled (temporarily anyhow) while working at a place for people with disabilities.
