    My wife is making one of my favorite dishes: Camarão na Moranga. This is shrimp cooked in pumpkin. OMG, it is soooooo good. I can't wait, the smell is thru the house and I am starving!

    Not the best picture...

    My wife makes it with a shrimp based sauce then adds BIG shrimp.

    OK, you got my attention.

    What is your wife? I can tell some type of Latino by the name of the dish, but I am not thinking Hispanic. Italian maybe?

    I have only ate pumpkin with cinnamon. Tell me more!!!

    I love, love, love shrimp!

    {Brasileiro perhaps}

    I'm beating Peruvian if I had to guess. Either way sound like some good meal ;)

    Camarones along with some fresh Ceviche is a good meal for the evening hours

    Brasiliera! It is a dish from her island in the south of Brasil and it is soooo tasty! I'll have to ask her for her recipe. I know that today required 2 medium pumpkins, at least 1 lb of baby shrimp, 2-3 lbs of regular shrimp (40 or so count), palm oil, coconut milk (I think), onions, catupiry cheese and I don't know what else.

    So darn tasty... think I am going to go raid the fridge for a late snack! :supergrin:
