Bisping v. Evans: I like Evans in this one. I think Matt Hammill exposed Bisping as an overrated fighter, but I think Evans is overrated as well. I just think Bisping is moreso.

I think both of them are lucky they aren't fighting Houston Alexander. Thiago Silva is not so lucky. Alexander was amazingly dominant against Jardine and Sakara, and I look for a threepeat of the dominance.

I think everyone is a bit underwhelmed by Ed Herman. Still, I don't know enough to make a good prediction in his match vs. Doerksen. Doerksen does own a win over Ed Herman (as well as Patrick Cote and Chris Leben) and he's fought top level competition including Matt Lindland, Nate Marquardt and Paulo Filho, so I'm going to go with Doerksen.

I see Karo over Ryo Chonan.

I also like Spencer Fisher over Frankie Edgar, and I think this one has fight of the night written all over it.

    Main Card

    Michael Bisping vs. Rashad Evans
    Thiago Silva vs. Houston Alexander
    Joe Doerksen vs. Ed Herman
    Ryo Chonan vs. Karo Parisyan
    Frank Edgar vs. Spencer Fisher

    Undercard

    Chris Lytle vs. Thiago Alves
    Jason Reinhardt vs. Joe Lauzon
    Luke Caudillo vs. Marcus Aurelio
    Akihiro Gono vs. Tamdan McCrory

Bisping had a hard time against Hamill, regardless of the outcome of the fight. He barely won, if at all. Evans wasn't that great in his fight against Tito. It's a tough call but i picked Evans.

Alexander is a beast. I'd really like to seem him in another devastating victory.

Parisyan is good. Don't know if he's that good but I'm picking him anyways because when he is on, he's damn good.

    Fisher is doing really well

Alves can be very dominating. Lytle isn't bad at all but will have a tough time if Alves is in top shape.

Joe Lauzon is a great fighter and is on his way up. I don't think he's going to have trouble at all.

I just wanna see Chonan pull off another flying-scissor-sweep-heel-hook. Undoubtedly the greatest submission of all time.

To me this is the worst card ever. Bisping and Evans as the main event? WOW. Bisping lost against deafy, for sure..I dont see how the **** they could have game him that fight.

    Evans
    Alexander
    Herman
    Chonan
    Fisher

the rest are just time wasters.

UFC 79 will be the one to watch though!

the worst card was UFC 72, the one in ireland. and that one was on PPV.

    Main Card

    Rich Franklin vs. Yushin Okami
    Forrest Griffin vs. Hector Ramirez
    Jason MacDonald vs. Rory Singer
    Tyson Griffin vs. Clay Guida

    Undercard

    Marcus Davis vs. Jason Tan
    Eddie Sanchez vs. Colin Robinson
    Ed Herman vs. Scott Smith
    Dustin Hazelett vs. Stevie Lynch

That was the worst one IMO.

At least this one has Houston Alexander, Ryo Chonan, Karo Parisyan, Joe ODerkson, Spencer Fisher and Jow Lauzon.

2 out of 5...I officially suck...or was it those fights? Yeah it was the fights LOL... Guess the Alexander hype is over now...he just got a lucky shot in on Technoviking it looks like. Edgar went up a couple spots to me...I was sure Fisher would have rocked him in the first round but wow..total domination that entire fight!

I was so disappointed in the Fisher fight. Fisher is one of my favs and to see him dominated. *cry*

It was refreshing to see Silva pick apart Alexander. I have nothing against Alexander, but I wasn't going to jump on his bandwagon until we saw his ground game, which, we now know, doesn't exist. With his power, if he can get a ground game, he can be a major force.

I was MAJORLY excited by the signing of Sokoudjou. The African Assassin can definitely make an impact.
