You WILL wear your mask outdoors, or you WILL be arrested.

I hope she sues the hell out of the school district and the city. The numbers and data show it's overblown BS unless your 70+ with multiple comorbidites. Otherwise, you have almost ZERO chance of dying and very little chance of getting sick.

    Stop the damn madness.

You really do sound like a broken record. Here i found a sign that you can be upset about too. Take to streets with your fellow Americans since this place is taking away you Constitional right to not wear shoes on their property! There is no law stating you must wear shoes!! :fist:

All those people in the crowd looking horrified, some saying things, but no one did anything.

If those people had all stood up and taken off their masks, then we'd have seen something happen. Either everyone gets arrested (which that small "security force" was ill-equipped to do) or she would have been let go.

Jarred from Guns & Gadgets has a great couple of videos on this, and slams the people that keep saying "she was arrested for trespassing, not because she didn't wear a mask". I'll let him say it though, so no moderators will get their feathers ruffled.

Yep, I keep repeating myself. You were the one that initially mentioned it wasn't about the mask but trespassing. Just pointing out your perspective changed.

Now let's rationally discuss why places have no shirt, no shoes, no service. WHAT pray tell is the reason for that? People keep trying to compare her behavior (legal by the way) that led to her being trespassed to all kinds of things. There is a reason those things are prohibited. There is not one good reason to trespass a citizen for being outside and breathing air sans mask.

Most people are smart enough to know the differences. Again, govt. Has put people out of business and caused physical and psychological harm to citizens over the China Virus. This thread has 0 to do with wearing black soles, no shirt, or actual criminals not complying with LEOs enforcing actual law. I am reminded of the question I asked you earlier about reading comprehension...

Correct. That wasn't the venue for the argument. The cop should have issued her a citation and argued it out in court.

Life is also hard for law abiding citizens just trying to get by. Hey at least she didn't get in a "spit fight" with the officer. Now that can get you the 'Rona.

Mask rules were set by the owners of the venue PER THEIR LEGAL RIGHT.
Mask rules were broken by entitled idiot.
Entitled idiot was given a lawful command to comply with the rules or leave.
Entitled idiot refused to comply and became a trespasser.
Officer attempted to escort the entitled idiot off the property.
    Entitled idiot resisted.
Officer effected arrest of entitled idiot using necessary amounts of force.
Entitled idiot was cited and released on OR bond to await their day in court.

I am failing to see why so many people are in an uproar over this, seems pretty cut and dried to me.

Yeah an entitled idiot wanting to breathe sans mask. How dare she? So if the district has a no violence policy and your kid gets suspended for defending himself, well he was an entitled idiot I guess?

That you think he used a "necessary amount of force" for this shows the rest of us all we need to know about you on this topic.

First off, no shirt, no shoes, is about being decent in a place of business. A naked face is not indecent, in any context. Please stop comparing the 2.

Second, anybody in this thread defending this cop and the mask wearing bull**** is just disgusting. You are nothing more than spineless excuses for Americans. Please hand in your freedom cards while boarding the train.

Third, I hope you all realize the mask thing is becoming permanent, and we are letting it happen. You will be wearing these symbols of communism on your face for the rest of your lives.

Just think how nice all your family photos of your kids, grandkids, graduations, weddings, etc, are going to look when everyone has a mask on.

The woman is reportedly an asthmatic. The state has exemptions for those that suffer from asthma and does not require them to wear masks. I would imagine the school has similar exemptions for those with breathing problems. She was also sitting far away from others in the stands in accordance with the state guidelines, guidelines, not laws.
If she was merely peacefully protesting the mask mandate, good for her. It's high time people stand up against this statist mask nonsense.

None of that is relevant to her actions. She was told to leave in accordance with the rules laid out by the property owner, she refused. Everything after that is a result of her own actions. If she wanted to argue the rules she could take it up with the school board or file suit in their local court. There are plenty of laws and rules I think are horsecrap but you aren't going to catch me trying to fight an officer over it.

It means I have use of force training. Active resistance=hard empty hand control or deployment of less than lethal weapons in my state. Using a Taser to effect an arrest quickly is vastly preferable to body slamming someone or throwing a few punches/kicks to major muscle groups.
