I am looking for the settings in XP for the information box that is desplayed when you pause or hold you cursor over an object. I find it horribly annoying when I am looking for something in Explorer and that little box pops up next to my cursor that gives you a little information on the file. Is there any way to set the delay or turn the function off? Thanks.

If you are talking about the tooltips in Explorer.

Open up Windows Explorer. Click Tools -> Folder Options

    Then click the View tab.

Uncheck Display file size information in folder tips

Hit the Apply to All Folders button

    Should take care of it.

No, I was actually talking about the Pop-Ups, but I found it in the spot you mentioned. Thanks. ;c
