Cheapest. Best shipping. Best customer service. He will even talk to you about your feelings and take a long walk with you on a beach.

$220?? not a particularly good price.

    Doesn't carry Surefire

Ebay-X300's can be had around $190 with free shipping. I've been thinking about one of these for months but have not pulled the trigger yet.

Got a local store selling a new one for $189 (not including shipping). If you're interested, let me know and I'll give you more info.

Ok, I guess the real question is then is the X300 worth the extra bills than the TLR-1?

The TLR-1 is a great light but I like the X300 better.

Well, I don't do the ebay thing, and I'd love to see you find an X300 for under that price. I did a quick search, and there was one on ebay for $196.

Since my price is about $30 off the regular price, I didn't think it was all that bad. Sorry if you do.

Oh come on! You know there's always that guy that knows how to get a better deal! I'm sure talking to him you can get an X300 with a shiatsu massage for like, 2 garbage bags full of pop cans.

    To quote John Caparulo:
My dad: "How much did you pay for that lollipop?"
    Me: "A nickel."
My dad: "A nickel?! You got ****in' ripped off! I know where they're 3 cents!"

Yes the Surefire is much better than the TLR-1. Brighter, better built and has the best switch option on the market the DG series. I know the Surefire is rated at 110 lumens but that is measured as the light exitx the bezel while Streamlight measures theirs at the light source.

Surefire has started to measeure their lights at the light source and the new ones are rated at 200 lumens.
