Came across this snap-on loops OWB Kydex holster design from http://www.x-concealment.com, from user X-Concealment's post in the Classifieds section here.

I now have a Generation 2 "C" Series Snap-on holster from them for my Glock 23; only 5 days from ordering! The top snap on each side is a 1-way "Pull The Dot" snap. The fit & finish and craftsmanship is outstanding, and the adjustable retention screw works really well in fine tuning my preference. I highly recommend them!

He's got IWB loops of the same material available as an accessory, to turn it into an IWB. I'm staying away from needing to take off my belt to put on/take off a holster, doesn't work out well for my professional EDC needs. The OWB snap loops with a compact Kydex holster was the main draw for me.
