Both work great, one was stored for years and barely used,2nd one used, but function like a new one, doesnt have oregional battery cover.
Comes with two used batteries, plus one new battery, never charged and still in box, it also come with a after market antenna, fletch german camo radio pouch, also a few other accessories.
Such as home & car charger ,ear plug, still have most of the boxed it came in,also owner manuals.
I would rate all items 95+,also come with two handheld mics.

So, since the manual is in German I would guess the freq allocation is the European version? What general band will these operate on? How old are they? I used to have a 411E that I thought was old, but it didn't look anything like those....;)

Sorry, the two manual that comes with these ham radios is in english, not the one in pix.^1

Not sure how old,but their in like new condition & work great, just key in the frequancy you wish to tuned into.

With repeaters in your AO, you can get 50 to 75+ mile range.
Hook up a out side antenna, should be able to go farther.

These are handy to have on hand.

BTT Sir--Are these Ham radios or Police Scanners, they look very similar to what I have, which is the Police Scanner? ;Q
If I only had my outside antenna--

No sir, their Ham Radios & not your reg police scanner.;Q

You'll need your ham radio licnese to talk on these.

Speaking of license, I have a book called "Now your Talking" that I'll throw into this package deal.
