As I continue to clean out I am placing for sale my Uniden Bearcat BC 245XLT. This is a great handheld scanner that is good for whatever you want to listen too. The scanner is in good shape with its only flaw being a very small scratch on the LCD screen that does not hinder your ability to utilize the scanner.

The scanner includes the built in belt clip, rubber antenna, and all of the original books/manuals. The package also includes an extra high capacity battery with very little use on it, and an extra long cable to hook up an external antenna if you wanted too. I have all of the original books and the cable to hook the scanner up the computer.

Pictures are available just message me and I will get them to you. $150.00 or would be interested in a trade (obviously plus cash to balance out the difference) for a HK .45 USP, .38 revolver, Walther P22, or maybe a rifle. Let me know what you have and thank you for looking at my ad. This is how Uniden describes the scanner:
The Bearcat BC-245XLT features second generation TrunkTracking II technology. When the service you are listening to jumps frequency, the BC-245 has the ability to follow the signal. You won't miss any of the action. Even copies Motorola and EDACS simultaneously. The Multi-Track feature tracks multiple trunked and conventional banks at the same time. Trunk Scan and Scan Lists scans for activity on one trunk group or create lists of multiple groups to scan. Trunk Search search for and monitor all groups within a trunked system. Trunk Lockout lets you lock-out groups you don't wish to monitor. Trunk Delay applies a five second delay to trunking groups so that both sides of a conversation can be heard, even if the trunking frequencies change between replies.
This scanner offers 12 bands and a 300 channel memory. The LCD may be backlit at the touch a button or can be put in the Auto Light mode which will turn on the light for 5 seconds whenever a transmission is found. This model has a low-battery indicator and 15 dB attenuator.
Connection to a computer is optional and requires additional software, not provided.

I'll attest to the quality of that scanner. It is a very good one. My friend has one and it works great. I have a BCT 15 myself.
