Wilson CQB Compact 1911 45. This gun is in excellent condition, like new. It has only had 300 rounds fired in it, never in a holster (range use only). It has black armor-tuff, ambi safety, Wilson night sights, slide top serrations, G10 grips, two magazines, Wilson bag and manuals. NO TRADES and your FFL must be willing to accept a direct transfer from me (vs. a FFL).

$1779 (price includes FedEx shipping to your FFL)

Another pm sent. If we can just work out the FFL details we're in business. My FFL says they just cannot accept out of state from an individual, only another FFL.

I know a guy in CT that will not charge for outgoing FFL transfers. You just need to send it through his store (shipping service). PM me for details and his number if you like.

Please note this gun is still available. My price assumes your FFL will take a direct shipment from an individual.

Seems like this should make our pending arrangement doable.

Per my PM to you, I am 35 mins away from my FFL and have limited time right now but my office is close to FedEx. That and the cost reason is why I am looking for a sale that does not require an FFL on my end. Unfortunately some FFL's won't do this which I understand.

My FFL is adamant that it is not legal for an individual to ship out of state even to an FFL. I lack the explicit knowledge of the law to dispute them.

Additionally, since I'd be sending certified funds I feel that asking you to use an FFL (at my cost no less) isn't asking too much.

Frankly I wouldn't have listed my Kobra Carry for sale had we not already made a deal (admittedly tentative to finding out if my FFL could receive from an individual).

    Officers Match,

I was clear early on that my deal was based on me not needing to use an FFL on my end and you know that. It is not illegal to do what I am asking, I have done this a number of times. Your FFL is wrong. I have gotten PM's from other people today stating that their FFL will take a direct shipment.

I stated that the deal was tentative to the individual-to-FFL shipment. I'm sorry that you and my FFL disagree about this - you may very well be right. I even tried to offer to pay the fee on your end. I'm sorry this didn't work out. I have been around here for roughly 2600 posts and try to stay above reproach and will continue to do so.

    Best of luck.
