    WTS: S&W 629-3 Classic 5” – EXCELLENT

WTS: A Smith and Wesson 629-3 Classic with the hard to find 5” barrel. Revolver has a polished finish and overall the gun is in excellent shape with the usual ding or two. It has factory wood combat grips that are in NIB condition as well. The trigger is sweet and the lockup is rock solid. It comes with black soft zipper case too.
This old revolver is extremely clean and has always been well cared for.

Oh my gawd! The .44 to shame all .44s. Wish I hadn't just bought a DW CBOB. Beautiful! Bet it doesn't last through lunch tomorrow.

Very nice. I really like the looks of the 5" 629's.

I have a Model 29 full underlug Classic which is just an 8" blued version of this gun but with Hogue grips... If I didn't buy mine to hunt with it would've been a stainless shorter version like this, and it woul be riding in My truck for that warm fuzzy feeling... The are very high quality and with astounding accuracy... The natural point characteristics and grip circumferance is something that very few auto's can compete with.. The triggers are also fantastic, and when used in SA can be directly compared to a nice bolt action huntic rifle - light and crystal crisp... These pistols actually move slicker and shoot meaner than they look, these are no joke... Good luck..
