Why no shipment to Minnesota?

I can't find anything prohibiting the ownership of replicas.

Takeaways, throws, etc. I had gotten some movie guns before and some of them are pretty sturdy while others are more of a soft foam.

Collector's Armory generally will not ship these to several states, presumably due to legal/liability issues. Ironically, some of these are replicas of semi-autos (such as M1's), which are OK to own in many of those listed states.
