Bumping to add trade options for the Python. As stated in the edited original post, mainly interested in a G33 but open to offers. I just ask for legitimate fair value offers, I've been happy on GT for many years and have been a good guy. Please browse my signature, I'm not interested in any duplicates but I may have more interest in something in .357sig or 10mm, prolly a gov't model if 10mm.

    Thanks

I'd love to have a Python, but yours looks like it has had some hard, hard use. Maybe it's the lighting?

    PM sent.

BTW, I would have bought the Smith if I'd seen it in time. That's a very popular model, with good reason.

PMs replied to, thank you fellas. New pics to try to illustrate the condition, hopefully more flattering.
The lockup and timing are both fine. The story on this specimen is that it was owned and carried by a LEO in Texas. The wear on the bluing is only on the typical holster contact point of the muzzle, cylinder and crane/trigger guard areas. If I was a more skilled photographer, I would get the lighting dialed in and show this baby off for the fine Python that it is. Thanks again for the interest.

It could be the lighting, the flash is overwhelming the gun. I will try to post a better photo with less flash. I think tomorrow I will take it outside for some photos in sunlight and that should give some respect back to this Python.

you have a lot of wear on the trigger and a turn ring which are indicative of heavy shooting, not just carrying,

but your still asking a good enough price where if it bothered someone they could have it reeblued for a couple hundred bucks,
