Want to sell a recently released, new in box, Ruger LCP Chrome, $325 shipped to your FFL.

    SOLD PENDING FUNDS

These are pictures of the actual gun for sale here, including a picture of the box label: http://oregonlaw76.blogspot.com

More information and sorry for any confusion: This gun is a TALO special edition, more information can be found here: www.taloinc.com This is a factory Ruger LCP with a Chrome barrel and slide, the frame is the standard black. You can see on the TALO website other releases for Glock, Sig Arms, Savage, Colt, Kimber, Smith and Wesson, Ruger, etc.

The gun is supplied by a number of distributors, this particular one is from Davidsons (GalleryofGuns.com). I like dealing with them because if anything goes wrong with the gun, they will just send you a new gun if available else fix yours. Link to this gun here:
    http://www.galleryofguns.com/Genie/Default.aspx?item=3703&mfg=Ruger&mdl=LCP&cat=1&type=Semi-Automatic+Pistol&cal=380&fin=All&sit=Fixed

Thanks to any and all posters who helped answer questions while I was at the gun show today. Feel free to post or PM with any questions I haven't answered.

You're telling me that the plastic frame on the Ruger LCP is available in Chrome now?

Funny that Ruger's page on that gun doesn't mention chrome.:whistling:

    http://www.ruger.com/products/lcp/models.html

I only find it mentioned in dubious adds with no picture.

The chrome slide is a Talo job - the same folks who put out the Colt Night Defender and other exclusive upgrades. Always good stuff.

Brian, were I you, I'd be 100% sure of something before taking a dump on someone's thread. And it's the slide that's chromed, not the frame. You sure you're a "gun guy?"

Just so I am clear, it is NOT stainless and it is an aftermarket finish, correct?

I think it is a Ruger factory finish done to special order for Talo distributors. They do nice stuff and these are very nice. I have seen one.
Talo has done or ordered a lot of exclusives as stated above including Glock 19, several Ruger 22 pistol and I even have a Talo Remington 870 tactical shotgun with special camo stocks and other goodies. These big gun distributors can get some nice stuff from the gun companies.

I believe the model number on the box from Ruger has a CH at the end to indicate the chrome feature.

Good call - The pic shown of the box in the original post has the CH at the end of the model number.
