I just took delivery (January 2010) of one of the nicest custom Browning Hi Powers available today. The base gun was a pristine condition BHP Practical on which Heirloom Precision (Ted Yost) performed his legendary custom work. The result is truly amazing. It's hard to capture the incredible detail in the pictures. A full build list can be found below. It has never been holstered and I have put less than 100 flawless rounds through it after the custom work. The total cost for the work was $2,555 on top of the cost of the base gun. While all of the work on the gun is beautiful, I have to say that the two most amazing aspects of Ted's work are the front and rear checkering and the trigger travel reduction (as close to a 1911 trigger as you can get). It comes with a soft case, the original hard case, and two hicap magazines.

I am asking SOLD obo shipped.

This is your chance to get an incredible shooter or collectors piece without the wait time (6-9 months) and at a great price. FTF transfers will be through an FFL and I will pay the transfer fee. Email me with questions at ecitizen at gmail dot com.

Bump again for an exceptional pistol. I have a similar pistol with a beaver tail. Easily my most prized possession, the reduced trigger travel is a thing of beauty. If you have the means, this is The HiPower to own. Good luck with the sale and congrats to the new owner.

I don't get down to GT much these days, but when I saw this in the ads,I just had to jump in and give a bump.I have one of Ted Yost's SRT HP's from back when it was Yost Bonitz.
These pistols are truly pieces of art.And they take a lot of time for them to be delivered.
Good luck to the poster on his sale.
