well then you should know that in NJ it is perfectly legal to transfer a pistol to an individual without an FFL or NICs check. That is why the pistol permit has a section for individual transfer, save yourself the transfer fee's. You as the seller will just have to retain a copy of the pistol permit and forwrd the appropriate copies to the State police and issuing authority. Do you know the build date? original box? Is it stainless, chrome, or satin nickel because you mentioned 3 different finishes there? can you send pictures to [email protected]. thanks

Is this a stainless reissue? I didn't think the 70 series was initially offerred in stainless. Thanks.
