WTS Butler Creek 10/22 mags and loader

I've got 2 used 25rd Hot Lips mags (smoked) and a speedloader that I no longer need. The mags are a couple years old and dont work very well in my ruger with a Volquartsen match barrel (I would assume the chamber is too tight..?) I tried them in my buddies rifle and one works 100% and the other jammed twice. The loader works great with the Hot Lips but doesnt work well with the Steel Lips I just bought. Selling as a package deal. Was $50, now $40shipped. PM if you have any questions or want it. Will not sell to restricted states.
