Last year Eddie shared his recipe with us.
Is this the same one, or similar?

I made Eddie's 4 times last year and it WAS good...
3 outta the 4 times I tried to make it Atkins friendly, and it was OK, but the real one was the best by far...

I absolutely hate, despise, detest, and cannot abide "sour cream". *shudder* The cheese cake sounds great, otherwise.... is there is reasonable substitute that can be used for the sour cream?

I love sour cream. Next to mayonnaise, it's one of my favorite foods. Cheesecake is one of my all time favorites, too.
