13176 songs in my iTunes and I'm scratching the bottom of the barrel.

Looking for specific rec's for lifting as well as cardio.........

So what gets YOUR juices flowing?

I've been doing Body Pump now for 4 months and the new track came out two weeks ago. My favorite on it is the track we do abs to: It's Ciara and Justin Timberlake's "Love Sex Magic". It's a great beat for reverse ab curls and moving planks.

Seriously, I have Gigs and Gigs of music and couldn't find a good playlist till I found the music of Hardstyle for the gym.

A very fast paced drum based techno with some intermittent slowdowns to keep you going, Never really liked techno before this.

Limb Bizkit - Quite a few songs but "Rollin" remix with DMX is one of my favorite weight training songs.

    Metallica S&M version.

One of the songs from Pumping Iron always makes me think of Arnie too - but for the life of me I can't remember its name. The scene when he is doing cable rows.
