    For example -

Butthurt - angry, upset about something on the Internet

Butthurt - the pain resulting from being dumped on one's tailbone by a torn swinging chair

A guy I work with had a similar issue with something like that in his bedroom. It was an awkward conversation.

Tailbones create a very special kind of pain. I went down on a tile floor as a young teen and mine let go. That hurt really bad, for a very long time. All these years later and it is still discolored and crooked.

    1) Is that what I think it is?

    2) Is that a beer holder on it?

It is a swinging hammock or chair - regardless of what you thought. Readily available on eBay.

Yes that is a beverage holder for beer or soda in cans. Hanging in front is a foot rest, which when used totally prevents rapid exit.

This particular style has lasted me about two years each. Ultimately they break the black ropes or straps and my butt.

I replaced it with one of these, which seems far more laid back in the pictures than mine turned out to be. Also from eBay.

Please note that neither actually came with sand, surf, or palms.

Thanks. Budqueiser's comment about a guy having one in his bedroom threw me off a little bit...

I've have fond memories of using a chair similar to that one, but it was designed for specific usage applications. woohoo!

(And, when I was a kid, I broke my tailbone playing hockey. There's nothing medically they can do about it and it took many years to stop hurting.)

It occurs to me that double occupancy of either style of chair might significantly reduce their projected life - and that of the occupants as well. Especially adult active occupants.

They make products that help with the pain.
