I had all four of mine removed at the same time a few years ago. I would suggest eating pudding, pasta, ice cream, and home made smoothies. After about two days or so, eat whatever you're comfortable with. Make sure you keep those "potholes" cleaned out or you will have some very interesting tastes in your mouth (not mentioning the breath!) My doctor gave me a water syringe, but advised to be careful not to dislodge the clots. You'd be amazed at how much of a hamburger can fit in those holes where your teeth used to be. Use the pain medication they give you, don't tough it out, it's hard to play catch up. Glad it's your turn, and mines over with;f

    A couple of points -

you won't feel like eating much for a day or two

ice cream and italian ice deadens the pain

if you can keep from sticking your tongue in the sockets you'll get gold teeth in 'em.

I had four taken out at once--two pulled, two dug out. This was in 1989.

The guy who took them out advised a high protein diet--eggs, tuna, that sort of thing. I'm not sure why but I suspect it was supposed to make it heal faster.

I didn't think the pain was bad at all. In fact, I was given percodan and never took a single one. I swelled the first day but it wasn't so bad that I didn't go shopping immediately after having them out.

All four taken out in the OR when I was younger.

I didn't eat for days. Other than pain pills.

Good luck. Not to scare you about it but it was not the best experience in life.
