Great to have this guy teaching our kids, eh?

Wisconsin parks district finally caught a serial defecator. This guy was pooping in the park sometimes multiple times per day for years. They finally got smart and put up trail cams...why it took years is fodder for gov problem solving...but at least they caught him.

    From the WKOW.com website

While infrequent at first, the defecation started to pick up.

"It was every day," Hough said.

The incident report states that some days it was even multiple times a day
Hough said it became a drain on resources.

"There are other things that we need to get to besides cleaning up unnecessary waste," Hough said.

After about two years of near-daily cleaning with a power washer and paint touch-ups, staff said enough was enough.

"We decided, well let's use our trail cams to identify who might be behind this," Hough said.

Thanks to those cameras, Churchwell was caught.

The incident report shows he confessed to the crime after being confronted by deputies.

Hough says he's not aware of anything like this ever happening and he never expected to have to deal with this.

"But, I've learned through my military service that not too many things surprise me about human behavior," he said.

Hough says he believed Churchwell's actions to be politically motivated.

"He had grievances with the government was our understanding," he said.

We went to Churchwell's home to get his side of the story, but he didn't answer the door.

The report states Churchwell conducted his daily "business" on his way to work at Milton High School where he was an English teacher.

That's better than the poop they spew in the classroom.

But the media always tells me that our teachers are heroes and are our best and brightest. What gives?

Weird hobby, but it's a thing. I knew a guy, nickname was Banana Boy, who was super into that. Good looking guy, popular with the ladies, but he just had a thing about ****ting outside or in public places. He'd leave his house and drive to public parking lots just to squat in an empty parking spot. He'd also toss a towel on the passenger seat of his car and unload at red lights....right in his own car. Anyway, strange dude.

Perhaps he could be transferred to a school in San Francisco.

Couldn't do it if I wanted. Half a cup of coffee and a Camel in the morning and it over and done with for the day about 2 minutes later. Would never make it out of my driveway to make a deposit anywhere else.

You can always put it in a bag and take it with you. I always end up with lots of extra bags from the grocery store. I know a school teacher, I can't say her nickname on here, who caught a Stomach Ache Jake (defecation-con 1 sudden evac) during her planning period and had to **** in her lunch bag right in the classroom. Poor thing had to tie it up and walk it out to the dumpster.

You got lots of tree cover, few people around (and those that are probably already small-town-know all about you anyway) and friendly bears who are used to your territorial markings anyway and could care less :) Maybe one of those bears will lend you their Charmin.

On one of the ships I was on, we had a problem with the "Phantom S******". This deviant would go around crapping at various places and the Master at Arms (Navy term for in house police) never caught him.

I was at the nightly meeting of department heads with the XO and a call came into his phone saying they'd found the Phantom S. Everyone headed out and when the XO returned, he had a steaming pile of poop in his in box! XO was the CO's butt kisser, couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy. Don
