Win2K, update installed "Successfully", notification for "Updates available" keeps popping up. Any advice? Must be some corrupted files within the Automatic Updates utility, I shudder to contact MS...

If you have Ccleaner installed click the desktop icon. Then click the blue icon that is labelled "Issues". Then click "Scan for Issues".

It looks like it may have to do with MS Office. You should go to updates and get the office updates for your version. Some of the Office updates are separate from Windows updates.
