How did the windmills in California kill the bats in Pennsylvania?

You obviously haven't seen the size of these windmills.

We have the same wind turbines here in Texas, but, well, this is Texas so I guess the carnage never extends outside the state.

Hey, maybe that's why I don't see armadillos much anymore, wind turbines got 'em.

Oh yes, because obviously it was the "unpleasant buffeting" that did them in.

I've seen windfarms on TV and never thought about their sizes. Then I drove by one in CA (near Palm Springs, IIRC) and was like... "Holy Carp! They're big."

I pity any bird that has to fly through them.

Yeah... they always seem to exclude how many birds are killed by cars, buildings and other man made items. Morons keep targeting a legitimate way to make relatively clean power.

Good point. However if the bats are really that big I say they probably need killin'.
