I've got a set for mine. I really like them, they've got a low profile so less likely for it to get hung up on something, the glow is rather bright, I haven't used any other night sites so I can't compare how they are to others. I just know I really like mine. They were on my gun when I bought it, otherwise I prolly would have went with another brand as the wilson combat is rather expensive. If I remember correctly, people have said the wilson sites are comparable to the trijicon.

Check out the AmeriGlo (sloped) night sights. Comparably to Novak and an easy install on the Glock. I did my own installation and it took me all of 15 minutes to remove the stock sights and install the AmeriGlo.
