I've got a g17. I love this glock. It fits my hands perfectly. My question is, can a g17 be concealed with somewhat ease? As you can see in the pics, my hands are large enough to where the g17 is the perfect fit. I've handled a g19 and its pretty nice, but a little bit too small for my hands. I'm more of a full size kinda guy when it comes to glocks. Thanks

As long as you wear a jacket. You'll need a smaller Glock for summer, so get shopping.

I conceal my 17 & 22 & 21SF. Easily???? Not so much but with the right holster and right shirt, it can be done.

A good belt & holster and appropriate shirt/jacket and you can probably hide that bad boy
    I used to CC a G22
Now I CC a G23-A fair bit easier to hide
    A G27----:whistling:
Guy's with wide shoulders and skinny waist have an easier time at CC than humpty dumpty types

Concealment depends on your carry rig and type of clothing.

No problem. OWB three seasons with a shirt or light jacket over it. IWB in the summertime.

sure it can, I am a big guy as well and I CC my full sized 1911 w/no probs. The only problem I have w/the 17 for SD carry is that its a 9MM. It will take all 17 rds to put someone down

I was at the gun shop today and a guy came in and was ccing a Desert Eagle .50 AE :wow:

It can be concealed. Kramer makes an undershirt that places the pistol under the arm similar to a vertical shoulder holster. 5.11 also has a t-shirt that does the same. Each of these will require you to modify a button up short so that you can have quicker access to your gun.

The Glock 17 can and is used for concealed carry by many people. A good holster and belt are the key to concealing larger handguns. I can and do conceal a Glock 34 on occasion. Also with todays modern 9 mm. defense loads, the 9mm. is a very capable defensive round. Shot placement is everything.

My shooting partner Conceal carries his 17 all the time. I personally think it's too big for me but then he is a full 10 inches taller and weighs 85 pounds more than I do.

I carry daily a G17 here in Hot Texas summers. I used to carry a full size Gubmint 1911 for 2 years before I started to carry this Sexy Austrian Ammo Slut.
    I carry in a Galco Triton:cool:.
Its kydex and is very easy to use. I am 6 ft. 1 inch 185 lbs. If I can you can.

This would be a great post in the carry issues section. I concealed a g22 for a while, went to the 23. then 27, and now 26. Carrying that g22 daily was a pain, literaly. I love my g26 for carry, perfection.

I can carry a G17 concealed almost as easily as a G19. I use a Kramer OWB holster.

I carried a g22 for a long time. The Full size Glocks can be effectively concealed, you just have to follow the same rules you'd follow when selecting any other carry weapon.

    Proper belt
    proper holster
Proper clothing. You have to dress around the weapon, not expect the weapon to adapt to your clothing.

That said, I do prefer the mid size Glocks for carry, but the full size Glocks work fine to...
