So we recently moved and my wife felt the need to rearrange things that I had unpacked. I went to sight in my Muzzleloader today and could not find my pack. This pack contained pyrodex, a powder measurer, 209 primers, power belts, cleaning supplies, two $100 knives, some deer calls, scent blocker, and my treestand harness. My wife remembers moving it, but can't remember where she put it. We have been searching all evening. I even drove to Ashland and back (about 130 mile round trip) to check a storage building and where we used to live. I didn't get to sight in my rifle, and now am missing two good quality knives. Total value of the pack and contents is over $300. I cant afford to replace it right now............ Oh, BTW, did I mention that Early Muzzleloader season starts at daybreak?:faint: AND only lasts 2 days? im very angry.... should I be?

No. You should keep track of your own gear.
Don't worry, it'll be in the last place you look. Check the back of closet shelves and closet floors. It'll be under something that is camouflaging it.

Yeah, 'cause your wife knows better than to screw with your stuff. You might un-invent her.

I can understand being a little ticked, but I'd be spending my time looking for it. Unless your new place's floorplan is measured in acres, the two of you on a thorough search will find it.

Yeah, it's always someplace weird. It's best to start looking where it absolutely does not belong.

My hobby is to get drunk and hide stuff from myself.

    Oh, in that case...

    IT'S ON, CUZ!

    :)

Unless she threw it out, it's somewhere in your house. It'll turn up. Good luck!

I thought about bursting in the room, flipping the lights on, pulling the blankets off the bed and screaming ITS ON CUZ! but she'd probably kick my ass.

She would probably cut you with one of the two nice new knives she found earlier in some old bag.

Well, we should certainly hope it is in the last place he looks. If he continues to look for it after he finds it, he should seek professional help! :wow:
