Anyone have any ideas?
Because he wasn’t in there?
The excuse was stupid - he had coronavirus...

But he did have the virus.
And a lot of other stuff in his bloodstream.
Probably getting a little ripe on his Farewell Tour.
That most likely was a empty coffin.

Why do you care...it's none of your or anybody else business.
Some families don't have the casket open, because they'd rather remember the deceased as they were alive, not all embalmed-looking.
Maybe the body was needed over at the statue-making facility as a pattern for the statue that Northam is requisitioning to replace the one he recently got rid of.
As a funeral trend, that's getting to be more and more common now, as is skipping the casket and going straight to cremation. It's the memories that are important.
I for one would not like 100 people gawking at the corpse of my relative. I think open casket is a primitive ritual. Just my opinion.
sorry accidental doublepost
In the midst of all the rioting, he became public figure and humans are curious. Me, I could care less.
My first thought, as well. Why on Earth would I care? I'm sure folks choose closed casket funerals for myriad reasons.
According to most every other death (all races) it was the virus that musta killed him. It killed everybody else the last couple of months ....
Because just like Epstein, he didn't really die. It's all theater.
Epstein and him are on a tropical island somewhere, enjoying their reward.
Could be true.
Thats what rap sheets are for.
This would be my guess as well
My will is extremely explicit on the matter.
Party. No black or suits..those wearing such will be greeted with a hawaiian shirt at the door. Prop me in the corner with a cohiba and glass of bourbon if I'm not too gross.
Otherwise burn me up...still have a pig roast...spread me in one of my hunting fields.
Just like family reunions visiting grave sites is uncommon so why waste a LOT of money on an expensive box you are going to bury. Heck, my aunt died last year in Michigan and they now require a steel box around the coffin due to "leakage." Something tells me that hunk of rusting metal in the ground is a lot worse than a corpse.
Hell, I paid for the cremation of my thankfully dead MIL a few years ago and even that ran $3400 without anything other than move, store and burn the body.
Because he's ugly?
