I too am not a fan of the freaks like Dorian Yates, et al. I also agree with the choice of Frank Zane. Sergio Oliva is probably still my favorite. Arnold killer, called "The Myth" for a reason and a Chicago cop to boot.

I had that book. Back in the 80s, a few books like that one plus M&F were all we had.
