I call the Bushmaster Carbon 15 pistol (center), "The Paintball Gun", because that's what it looks like.

My roommate and I both own semi-automatic shotguns for deer hunting.

We named them Jack Johnson and Tom O'Leary (Anchorman movie reference).

...probably the same people that name their cars.

    They are tools, not pets.

I tried to name them all but then I ran out of chicks' names. I even tried to use Laquesha and Li Ming, but still at 50+ pieces, that's a lot of freakin' names!!!

Quick story...my wife wanted a way to ask me if I had my gun on me without being obvious, so I suggested she use Gaston in a question. We have been out with friends late at night and walking to our cars and she'll ask, "Have you heard from Gaston recently?" Of course the answer is always, "Yes". When I carry my G-19, I'll respond that I talked to his son, Robert, instead.

Somehow, that continued for a few other guns. She named my P-228, Ziggy. I had to draw the line when she called my Walther PPK/S, simply "PP". Very emasculating. I suggested Walther.

I have named two guns. My Russian AK is Svetlana and my AMD-65 is my Hungarian Fire Dragon. That's it.
