Who keeps turning my Firewall off?!?!?

    I'm not doing it, but I keep on and on and on and on and on getting the "POP" sound, with a message that my Windows Firewall is off. Like sometimes within a matter of minutes.

    I agree. Turn it off and buy yourself a good hardware firewall that handles stateful inspections. Your computer will thank you.
