    I plan to attend Sunday.

Picked up a new G34 this afternoon. Gonna have to break it in this week. Only other Glock I have ever owned was a G22. I know using the G34 will put me against the pros but I just could not justify buying a G17 for one match a year. Always said that if I ever bought another Glock it would be a 34. Besides if I like it I can use it for other local matches as well as IDPA at Ft. Harmar.

That was my understanding that I could shoot the Comp Div. My son is under 18. What division can he shoot in?

any one he wants to shot in, you can find the registration form and rules at www.gssfonline.com and get a better idea of what classes there are what's legal for each

A G17 would have let you shoot in Am. Civ/Guardian, unlimited, master stock, competition and any division except sub or major sub, plus IDPA and USPSA. I loved my 34, and shot it at the Indoor matches and outdoor in Competition division. However, I always had better times with my G17, so, I got rid of the 34 because I could shoot in more things with the G17. That's just my situation and how I did it, but others shoot great with the 34 and some day I'll have another one.

If your son is under 18, he can enter any of them, but in the Am. Civilan, check the JR MALE category. However, this is only good for one division, the others don't have High Female, challenged, Jr. Male/Female. Now, if he too is using your G34, he can't enter the Am. Civilan at all. With a G34, you can only shoot, as Ede says, in the Competition and Unlimited division, only those two. Hope to see you at Marietta.

Twenty five miles from home, hell yeah. It's the only one I don't blow money on a hotel staying the night before. I'll shoot sub, majsub, and competition.

I've booked gigs this weekend, so I'll be drumming instead of shooting. Maybe next year.

I recently bought a G17 to shoot in AmCiv (to retire the G27 from competition use) and I shoot it better than my G34 in both GSSF and IDPA!

I'll be there Saturday. Will shoot the G17 in both AmCiv & AmComp (maybe retire the G34 as well!)

Yeah, I'll probably regret not getting a 17 to shoot the AM CIV but I always wanted a 34.
