    a dude i know loves it , damn if i know why , i stopped by his house one day he was cooking some on a grill, not hardly any meat on it :dunno::dunno::dunno:

    I put that in the category of menudo and chitterlings. Seriously, there are better parts of that big *** animal to eat than that. I'll eat steaks and pork, ham ect, you can eat feet and guts. Have at it.

    chicken wings, pigs feet, ribs, crab...all seem to be a waste of time nibbling at the bone to get the smallest part of meat off them. personal opinion. I will admit RIBS sure are amazing when cooked and smoked just right.

    I seem to remember liking them pickled when I was a whelp but the only ones I see in the store (Hormel, I think) mostly taste like vinegar. I'd like to have good ones again, but I never see them.
