    a dude i know loves it , damn if i know why , i stopped by his house one day he was cooking some on a grill, not hardly any meat on it :dunno::dunno::dunno:

    I put that in the category of menudo and chitterlings. Seriously, there are better parts of that big ass animal to eat than that. I'll eat steaks and pork, ham ect, you can eat feet and guts. Have at it.

    chicken wings, pigs feet, ribs, crab...all seem to be a waste of time nibbling at the bone to get the smallest part of meat off them. personal opinion. I will admit RIBS sure are amazing when cooked and smoked just right.

    I seem to remember liking them pickled when I was a whelp but the only ones I see in the store (Hormel, I think) mostly taste like vinegar. I'd like to have good ones again, but I never see them.
