I find that speed has very little to do with the effectiveness of crop dusting in the crowded aisles of WalMart.

Wish I knew. I've got the same problem with spider mites on my indoor pepper plants.

^^^ I second the above suggestion ^^^ - but with the caveat that you must use ONLY REGULAR DAWN dishwashing liquid and not the anti bacterial version(s), else you'll kill your plants.
